Football returns to The Causeway this weekend as we host Stourport Swifts in the Hellenic Premier Division. Following the win against Westfields, we’ll be aiming to continue our strong start to the league campaign.
The Opposition
Stourport Swifts, also known as ‘The Swifts,’ come into the game in good form, having won four of their last five league games.
The outfit from Worcestershire currently sit in seventh place, with two games in hand on us. Their latest match was a 4-1 win against Cribbs, having to come back from being 1-0 down early in the game.
Building Momentum
After our 2-1 win away to Westfields on Tuesday, we’ll be hoping to build on that result when we return to The Causeway. We are currently third in the Hellenic Premier Division, with second place within touching distance.
