We’re pleased to announce the signing of 4 more players ahead of our FA Cup tie vs Brimscombe & Thrupp this Saturday.
Goalkeeper Steve Bowles has signed for the club for the 2nd time. Having featured during the 2016-17 season, Bowles returns to the club to compete for the number one jersey. Steve is following in the footsteps of dad Russell who famously played for the club in their FA Cup run to the second round in the 90s. Bowles has also previously represented Ruardean Hill and Harrow Hill locally.
18 year old Frank Pemberton has also re-signed for the club, Frank featured in the squad on a couple of occasions last season and is capable of playing both as a centre back or in midfield. Frank came through the Hereford youth academy and has impressed during pre season and will be looking to cement a place in the squad.
Finally, Under 18 players Ethan and Lewis Taylor have once again signed for the club. Both appeared last season pre season and in the league cup fixture away vs Swindon Supermarine having signed for the Under 18 team from Merthyr Town. Ethan is an attacking right back and Lewis capable of playing wide or as a striker. Both players will continue to represent the Under 18s this season.
