Cinderford Town are delighted to confirm the management team for our brand new Reserve team. Daryl Addis joins the team as assistant manager to Rich Wilkins.

Daryl Addis is a former Cinderford Town and Gloucester City player who made his debut for Cinderford in the Southern League at just 16. He was also recently manager of English Bicknor in the Gloucestershire County League, and previously Lydbrook manager as well. His playing career also includes the likes of Westfields, Ross Town and Ellwood.

He brings with him a huge experience of local football and alongside his assistant manager role he will also be an important player in the squad.

Rich is delighted to get Daryl involved and said.

“Getting Daryl involved is going to be great for the club, he has experience of playing and coaching at a high level. He will be a huge asset both on and off the pitch, as well as a perfect example of what can be achieved to the younger players in this new squad.“

Daryl was excited to return to management and get back to the Causeway saying.

“When asked to come on board and be a part of the newly formed reserve sides it was a no brainer! Going back to the club where I first started my playing career means a lot and I can’t wait to get started. I feel it’s an exciting challenge ahead and am looking forward to being back on the sidelines and back at the Causeway”

Pre season training starts at the end of June. There has been a lot of interest in our new reserve side but if you’d like to get involved as a player, sponsor or as a match day volunteer please email Rich at richwilkins@btinternet.com
